Mikro-Technik, founded 1954, is one of the leading processors of PTFE and UHMW-PE. With the unique Ram-extrusion process Mikro-Technik can offer unique top quality semi finished materials to the industry.
The different specialized requirements of our customers were driving us to continuous improvements in all our production steps and also to the creation of new tailor made resin formulations.
Our UHMW-PE from premium suppliers is blended in house according our customers specific requirements and ram extruded under computer monitored parameters to ensure always the same quality of our products. Perlatech offers today a wide variety of UHMW-PE blends because the applications with our Perglide® films have different requirements

History
The company PerLaTech and Mikro-Technik started a cooperation in 2002 specializing on thin films made of UHMMW-PE and PTFE. Both companies have a long time experience in this field and are cooperating to service the Industry Today PerLaTech has approx. 25 employees.

Perlatech was founded 2002 in Germany with the focus on the production of thin films made of UHMW-PE. The cooperation with the 1956 founded company Mikro-Technik Plastics provided a premium supply of sintered UHMW-PE and PTFE in wide blocks from the beginning.
