PerLaTech is working with leading suppliers of premium Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene.

For specialized analytical services and research PerLaTech is cooperating with external Research Institutes and Universities. This enables us for example to implement standardized comparison tests for dynamic friction.

Mikro-Technik, founded 1954, is one of the leading processors of PTFE and UHMW-PE. With the unique Ram-extrusion process Mikro-Technik can offer unique top quality semi finished materials to the industry.

The different specialized requirements of our customers were driving us to continuous improvements in all our production steps and also to the creation of new tailor made resin formulations.

Our UHMW-PE from premium suppliers is blended in house according our customers specific requirements and ram extruded under computer monitored parameters to ensure always the same quality of our products.

Perlatech offers today a wide variety of UHMW-PE blends as the applications with our Perglide® films have different requirements.
